国際交流
アジアの建築交流国際シンポジウム
ISAIA:International Symposium on Architectural Interchange in Asia アジアの建築交流国際シンポジウムは、日本建築学会、大韓建築学会、中国建築学会が共催して2年ごとに持ち回りで開催している国際シンポジウムである。 始まりは1986年に日本建築学会が創立100周年記念事業のひとつとして開催した「アジア圏建築交流国際シンポジウム」である。その後、日中韓の建築学会関係者の間で同様の国際会議を開催を希望する機運が高まり、1998年に神戸で「アジアの建築交流国際シンポジウム」を開催することになった。その際に、日中韓の建築学会の間で2年ごとに各学会持ち回りで国際シンポジウムを開く協定を結び、今日に至っている。
