総目録は、『建築雑誌総目録　自第壹輯～至第廿四輯』（1911年）と、『建築雑誌総目録　第１輯～第49輯』（1936年）の2巻からなる。建築学会の機関紙である『建築雑誌』の総目録である。1巻目は、建築学会25周年を記念し、岡田信一郎、田邊淳吉、佐藤功一、滋賀重列が編集委員となって刊行したもので、明治20年1月の第1号から明治43年12月の第288号までが記載されている。2巻目は、建築学会50周年を記念し、大岡實、井坂富士雄、谷口吉郎が編集委員となって刊行したもので、第1号から第607号までが記載されている。50年分の情報を様々な項目に分類して紹介した労作である。

General lists
General lists are those of the Journal of Architecture and Building Science, the journal of AIJ, consisting of two volumes: General Lists of Journal of Architecture and Building Science Parts 1 to 24 (1911) and General Lists of Journal of Architecture and Building Science Parts 1 to 49 (1936). The first volume, which contains No. 1 in January 1887 to No. 288 in December 1910, was published commemorating the 25th anniversary of the establishment of AIJ by an editorial board comprising Shin’ichiro Okada, Junkichi Tanabe, Koichi Sato, and Shigetsura Shiga. The second volume, which contains Nos. 1 to 607, was published commemorating its 50th anniversary by an editorial board comprising Minoru Ohoka, Fujio Isaka, and Yoshiro Taniguchi. It is an elaboration introducing data accumulated over the 50 years by classifying them under various items.

建築雑誌・論文集・研究報告総目録(昭和11年～30年）
建築雑誌・論文集・研究報告総目録は、創立70周年を記念して昭和32年3月に刊行された。昭和11年から昭和30年まで20年分の建築雑誌（論文梗概、文献抄録、資料、附図ほか）、建築論文集、研究報告集、本会記事（重要な会告、大会記事、見学のみ収録）を収録したものである。当時の会長であった佐藤武夫の序文で始まり、本文は13の項目別に構成されている。巻末には、人名索引が設けられ、当時活躍していた建築家や研究者が一望できる。当時の学術上の成果を概観できる貴重な資料である。

General Lists of the Journal of Architecture and Building Science, Transactions, and Study Reports (1936-1955)
The General Lists of the Journal of Architecture and Building Science, Transactions, and Study Reports was published in March 1957 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the founding of AIJ. It contains the summaries of papers, literature abstracts, handouts, and drawings of the Journal of Architecture and Building Science, architectural papers, and study reports published during the 20 years from 1936 to 1955, as well as reports related to AIJ (important announcements and accounts/field trips at annual conventions only) during this period. It begins with a preface by Takeo Satoh, the then president, and consists of 13 chapters with a personal name index at the end, which provides a full view of architects and researchers active in the period. It is a valuable document that allows an overview of the scientific achievement in the architectural field of the time.

建築雑誌・論文報告集・研究報告総目録（昭和31年～40年）
建築雑誌・論文集・研究報告総目録（昭和11年～昭和30年）が創立70周年を記念して刊行されており、本目録はその後の昭和31年から昭和40年度までの10年間の建築雑誌、文献目録、建築年報、研究年報、論文報告集、研究報告、各支部研究報告の総目録である。創立80周年記念として刊行されたものである。この10年間の研究題数は12000題を超えるなど、建築学会の研究分野の拡大とともに研究者も増大していた様子がよくわかる。目録作成に当たっては東大生産技術研究所の池辺陽研究室が中心となって新しい分類法採用している。この新しい分類法もあって、当時の研究分野はもとより、研究者・建築家などによる学術上の成果を概観できる貴重な資料である。

General Catalogue of Architectural Magazines, Theses, and Technical Reports (1956-65)
Following the General Catalogue of Architectural Magazines, Theses and Technical Reports (1936 - 55) published to celebrate the 70th anniversary of establishment, this catalogue celebrating the 80th anniversary covers architectural magazines, reference catalogues, architectural annual reports, study annual reports, proceedings, technical reports, and reports from branches published from 1956 to 65. The number of study titles exceeding 12,000 during the decade suggests an increase in the number of researchers associated with expansion of the research area of AIJ. A new classification method was adopted for this catalogue mainly by Kiyoshi Ikebe’s laboratory of the Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo. Partly owing to this new classification method, this is a valuable document providing an overview of the research fields and scientific achievements of researchers and architects of the time.

建築雑誌・論文報告集・大会学術講演梗概・支部研究報告総目録（昭和41年～50年）
本学会では、明治44年に創設25周年記念事業として建築雑誌の総目録を刊行して以来、創設50周年事業として昭和11年に第1輯～第49輯の建築雑誌総目録、昭和32年には、創設70周年事業として昭和11年～30年までの建築雑誌・論文集・研究報告の総目録を刊行してきた。本書は、それに次ぐもので、昭和51年に学会創立90周年を迎えた記念事業の一環として昭和41年～昭和50年までの10年間の建築雑誌・論文報告集・大会学術講演梗概集とともに各支部研究報告の総目録として刊行されたものである。学会の研究活動を示す最も貴重な文献といえるものである。

General Index to the Journal of Architecture and Building Science, Transactions of AIJ, Proceedings of AIJ Annual Conventions and Technical Reports from Branches (1966-1975)
Following the publication of the General Index to the Journal of Architecture and Building Science in 1911 to celebrate its 25th anniversary, AIJ issued the General Index Series 1 to 49 to the Journal of Architecture and Building Science in 1936 to commemorate the 50th anniversary and the General Index to the Journal of Architecture and Building Science, Proceedings and Technical Reports published during 1936 to 1955 to celebrate the 70th Anniversary in 1957. The present general index was issued as the General Index to the Journal of Architecture and Building Science, Transactions of AIJ, Proceedings of AIJ Annual Conventions and Technical Reports from Branches published during 1966 to 1975 as part of the 90th Anniversary Celebrations in 1976. This can be described as one of the most valuable documents reporting the research activities of AIJ.

戦前建築雑誌所在目録
本目録は、今は亡き建築研究所の菊岡氏が、全国公共図書館逐次刊行物総合目録をもとに、全国の公共図書館における戦前期ならびに戦後刊行されつつもすぐ休刊となった建築関係雑誌の所蔵目録である。著名な雑誌はもとより、たとえば、大阪建設業協会会報、石川と建築、海外セメント事情、などの極めて広範囲にわたる建築関連の雑誌を収録している。戦前期の建築史研究はもとより、各分野の戦前期の研究状況や様々な情報を知るにはこうした雑誌が大きな手掛かりとなる。まさに、戦前期の建築情報収集の基本文献といえる貴重な資料である。

Catalogue of Prewar Architectural Periodicals
This is a union catalogue of magazines related to architecture published in the prewar period, as well as those discontinued shortly after the war, in the possession of public libraries nationwide. It was compiled by the late Tomoya Kikuoka of the BRI based on the Union Catalogue of Serials in Public Libraries Nationwide. It covers an extremely wide range of architecture-related magazines from famous ones to peculiar kinds, such as News Letter of Osaka Associated General Contractors, Ishikawa and Architecture, and Cement Affairs Overseas. Such magazines provide important clues to understanding of not only the prewar architectural history but also the state of prewar studies and various information in the architectural domain. It is a valuable document that can be regarded as a principal reference for collecting information on prewar architecture.

日本建築学会関東支部研究発表会目次：昭和24年～昭和52年7月
本書は、関東支部で行われた研究発表会の目次をまとめたものである。関東支部の研究会は昭和23年から開始されたが、最初は目次集も無く、会場で発表論文を配って行ったため、昭和23年に行われた第1回から2回目までの2回分の目次が欠落している。そのため、本書では昭和24年～昭和52年7月までに行われた第3回から第48回の目次を収録している。これを見ると、昭和24年・25年は年3回の研究会が行われており、こうした支部単位の発表会が重要な研究発表の場であったことが窺える。また、第3回の総発表題数が35編であったのに対し、48回目の場合は総発表題数が209編を数え、分野も細分化していた。研究内容はもとより、当時の研究環境なども知れる貴重な資料的側面も見てとれるものである。

Tables of Contents of Presentation Meetings at AIJ Kanto: 1949 to July 1977
This is a summary of the tables of contents of AIJ Kanto’s 3rd to 48th presentation meetings held in the period of 1949 to July 1977. Though the first presentation meetings were held in 1948, no list of the contents was available then, as the research papers were handed out at the meeting room. Therefore, the tables of contents for the first two meetings held that year are not included in this collection. Three presentation meetings were held in each of 1949 and 1950, suggesting that such meetings in each branch were important opportunities of publication for researchers. Also, the total number of presentations increased from 35 in the 3rd meeting to 209 in the 48th meeting, with the research fields having been segmentalized. This booklet not only shows the content of research but also has an aspect of valuable information providing a glimpse of the research environment of the time.
